Position Overview 📊

Join Konnect as a Product Management Intern, where you will play a key role in shaping our digital payment solutions. Reporting to our Head of Product, you'll contribute to the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. This internship will provide hands-on experience in user research, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth fintech environment.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancement.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define and refine product requirements.

• Help create and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs based on business objectives and user needs.

• Participate in user research activities and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

• Assist in developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

• Monitor key product metrics and contribute to data-driven decision making.

• Support the product team in market research and competitive analysis.

• Participate in agile ceremonies and help track progress against sprint goals.

• Have experience or coursework in product management, business analysis, or related fields.

• Are comfortable with data analysis and can translate metrics into product insights.

• Have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Are familiar with agile development practices and product development processes.

• Enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Hiring Process ⏱️

1. Initial Call: 30-minute video interview with our Talent Acquisition and a product team member.

2. Product Challenge: A small case study or product exercise (1/2 day to complete, followed by a 1-hour review session).

3. Team Fit Interview: Meet your future peers (Head of Product / Product Lead).

4. Final Interview: Discussion with our HR Manager and our CEO.
